ActionNeuro LLC, which operates the site, is not that contractor. It does not quote, schedule, perform, warrant, or insure any job. Your agreement for the work is with the contractor who does it. The articles on this site describe how popcorn ceiling removal work is normally done in Treasure Valley houses and are background reading, not a bid.

Agreement
These terms apply to Meridian Quality Popcorn Removal and to calling or texting the number on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Where these terms mention "you", they mean the visitor or caller; "the provider" means the independent local popcorn ceiling contractor your request is connected to.
This site connects, it does not perform
Meridian Quality Popcorn Removal is operated by ActionNeuro LLC. Using this site, calling or texting the number on it creates no service relationship with ActionNeuro LLC. ActionNeuro LLC does not perform popcorn ceiling removal work, does not employ the people who do, and does not quote, schedule, supervise, warrant or insure any job. The independent local provider a call or text reaches is a separate business and contracts with you directly.
What using the number does
A call to (208) 741-7303 is forwarded to the provider. If nobody answers, you can leave a message and it is passed on. A text to the same number is delivered to the provider, who may reply by text to arrange an estimate. Standard message and data rates from your carrier apply. Reply STOP to end a text conversation. Calls may be recorded; see the privacy policy. ActionNeuro LLC does not promise that a call will be answered, that a text will be replied to, or that a provider will be available on any given day.
No warranty
The information on this site is general and is offered as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement. ActionNeuro LLC makes no representation about the work a provider performs, about its credentials, licensing, bonding or insurance, or about its availability. Verify those things with the provider directly before work begins.
Third party providers
A provider sets its own terms with you. Scheduling, pricing, deposits, workmanship, permits, cleanup, and any warranty on the work are matters between you and that provider, and any dispute about them is between you and that provider. ActionNeuro LLC is not a party to that agreement and is not an agent of the provider or of you. Nothing on this site is an endorsement of a particular provider.
Accuracy of site content
Nothing on this site is a quotation, and nothing here commits a provider to a particular approach on a particular job. Descriptions of how popcorn ceiling removal work is usually done, of materials, of building practice, or of local housing stock are background written for a general reader, not advice about your house. Codes, products and prices change. Confirm anything that matters with the provider.
Permitted use

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some states do not allow certain limits, in which case the limit applies only as far as the law permits.
Governing law
ActionNeuro LLC is organized in the State of Idaho. These terms are governed by the law of Idaho without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute about the site itself is brought in the state or federal courts serving Ada County, Idaho. A dispute with a provider about work is governed by your agreement with that provider, not by this section.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
Changes
ActionNeuro LLC may update this page. The version in force is the one published here, and continuing to use the site after a change means the current version applies. These terms are effective from 2026-09-15.
